We are searching for a highly-organised, detail focused Project Manager to support on a key client project in the end-to-end coordination and logistics of approximately 100 events, including workshops, preliminary meetings, and C-level engagements. This position requires strong organisational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
This role would suit a project manager with events expertise within the tech sector, or an experienced EA with a solid track record of delivering high profile events. We are looking for immediately available candidates who can commit to a minimum 8 month initial fixed term.
Core responsibilities:
- Liaise with multiple client stakeholders including at c-suite level.
- Collaborate with our client’s account teams and strategic partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage complex event scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
- Track and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Process invoices and purchase orders related to event expenses.
- Create guides and playbooks ahead of events.
- Create and proof read copy for assets including presentation decks.
- Audience Acquisition and reporting/Measurement of the event success
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and administration, ideally in a B2B Tech environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant event management tools.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and cloud computing is a plus.
